Finance Administrator
Energis is currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join our clients small finance team based in Newtownabbey.
This role is initially on a contract basis with the opportunity of becoming permanent. There is also an option for hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Invoicing
- Proof of Delivery ( POD ) management
- Production of Key Performance indicators and reporting of same
- Supplier invoice Processing
- Other Finance / Admin duties as required.
Criteria:
- Previous relevant experience in a Finance / Accounts role
- Proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- A team player.
- Excellent attention detail.
- Strong communication skills.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 830am – 5pm.
