Due to company growth, our CoAntrim based client is currently in the market for an experienced ProductionAdministrator.
The successful Production Administrator will provide support to the ProductionManager, assisting with theproduction process and helping coordinate production activities to ensureenough resources are on hand.
Responsibilities:
·Support customers directly, ensuring an open line ofcommunication to the production team
·Deal with client calls and emails
·Assist with administration for production
·Assist the production management team with day-to-dayprocessing
·Ensure materials are ordered in line with the productionplan
·Maintain in-house databases
·Monitor production stock levels
·Produce bill of materials
·General administration duties as and when required
Criteria:
·Proficient in Microsoft Packages
·Strong administrative skills
·Able to demonstrate good literacy and numeracy skills.
·Able to manage time across multiple projects with tightdeadlines.
·Manufacturing industry background
Salary is in the region of £24-25kdepending upon experience, package includes bonus, healthcare plan and an earlyFriday Finish!
