Honeycomb is delighted to be assisting a large public sector organisation with a current temporary Finance Administrator role. Situated in Bangor, County Down. 3 mths+ ongoing.
The Client - This large organisation operates across a broad remit through its specific departments. Currently the Financial Operations directorate are seeking a Scale 5 Finance Administrator to assist with the delivery of Processing supplier payments and administration duties contained within the department.
The Role – This role is to provide career break cover until end of March 2024 at which point it will be reviewed. 36 hours per week, with a base site of Bangor.
Duties would include but not be limited to:
- Registration of Supplier invoices
- Approval of invoices received via Excel.
- Processing of weekly payment run.
- File maintenance of supplier accounts
- Collation of processing of Daily Income
- Raising of Invoices and Credit Notes
- Processing and Reconciliation of Car Parking
- Liaising with internal and External Customers
- Other data entry duties
The Person - Essential Criteria
- 2 A levels or equivalent (Including Maths and English)
- Excellent communication and IT Skills.
