Finance Administrator- Local Government ( Temporary Ongoing)

Honeycomb is delighted to be assisting a large public sector organisation with a current temporary Finance Administrator role. Situated in Bangor, County Down. 3 mths+ ongoing.

The Client - This large organisation operates across a broad remit through its specific departments. Currently the Financial Operations directorate are seeking a Scale 5 Finance Administrator to assist with the delivery of Processing supplier payments and administration duties contained within the department.

The Role – This role is to provide career break cover until end of March 2024 at which point it will be reviewed. 36 hours per week, with a base site of Bangor.

Duties would include but not be limited to:

• Registration of Supplier invoices
• Approval of invoices received via Excel.
• Processing of weekly payment run.
• File maintenance of supplier accounts
• Collation of processing of Daily Income
• Raising of Invoices and Credit Notes
• Processing and Reconciliation of Car Parking
• Liaising with internal and External Customers
• Other data entry duties

The Person - Essential Criteria

• 2 A levels or equivalent (Including Maths and English)
• Excellent communication and IT Skills.
