My client is a highly reputable, regional business providing a range of services to the property market. They are one of the longest established firms in the West Country with an enviable reputation. They operate a supportive culture and they are expanding their estate agency team further.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to work on a full time, permanent basis based in the Bridgwater area. The hours of work are Monday –Friday 9am-5.30pm plus every other Saturday.
Please note for this role you will need to be office based for the role. The salary is highly competitive depending on experience. The salary for this role is up to £25,000 depending on background and experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy an exciting team and you will be involved with agricultural sales and auctions.
Some of the duties include;
- Preparing documents and marketing materials
- Filing, scanning and archiving documents
- Land management tasks using a specialist software
- Handing auction enquiries and assisting with online auctions
- General administration assistance to the Professional Services team
The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate must have;
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role desirable
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Work on your own initiative
- Excellent MS Office skills including Excel
