We are delighted to be working with a long standing Financial Planning firm based in South Yorkshire, who are keen to hire an experienced Administrator to support internally due to business levels increasing & only getting busier!
This opportunity is perfect for an experienced Administrator looking for a role that offers the perfect split when it comes to work, life balance.Responsibilities of the Administrator:
- Working on a 1-on-1 basis with a Financial Planner to support with their admin tasks
- Offering both telephone and admin-based support for advisers and clients
- Schedule and manage appointments on behalf of the Financial Planner
- Formatting client letters
- General adhoc admin duties
Expectations of an IFA Administrator:
- Minimum of 2yrs experience working in a administration role
- IT Literate (excel, word etc)
- Strong telephone manner
- Excellent administrative skills
