Administrator (Part time)

Working Hours: Monday and Tuesday, 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
13.50 per hour (Weekly pay)

Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle administrative tasks with a keen eye for detail.
Updating Database and adding on data (EXCEL)
Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications.
Maintain organised records and documentation.
Collaborate with directors to ensure smooth operations.
Prioritise and manage tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrator.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential), Word, and other office applications.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to work alone.
