BMSL Group are recruiting for an Office Administrator for one of our clients based in Caerphilly and they work within the construction sector.
This is a temporary position for 1-2 months.
Working week is Monday to Friday, hours to be confirmed.

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone etiquette, strong typing skills, and proficiency in various office software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Typing, formatting, and proofreading documents
- Managing and organizing files, both physical and digital
- Assisting with data entry tasks
- Coordinating meetings and appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintaining office supplies inventory
- Providing general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with computerized office systems
