Administrator (Connections department with Cadent Gas)
Reed Talent Solutions are working with Cadent Gas on the search for a temporary Administrator.
- Location: Cadent Pilot Way, Ansty Park, Coventry CV7 9JU
- Onsite: full time
- Hourly rate: £12.45 per hour
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 8am to 4pm then 9am to 5pm (weekly rotating rota)
We are looking for someone to provide exceptional administrative support to the Customer Connections team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, has a broad knowledge of company policies and procedures, and is committed to delivering brilliant customer service.
Day to day of the role:
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Connections team, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Offer advice and support through various communication channels, maintaining and developing working relationships.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence by adhering to standard operating procedures and suggesting improvements.
- Multi-task with a high-level approach to problem-solving and adapt to changing priorities in response to business demands.
- Record, maintain, and distribute relevant data with precision and within agreed timescales.
- Create operational work orders and assist in the administration of scheduling activities in line with guidelines and procedures.
- Contact customers to schedule work, ensuring they understand the requirements and support revenue collection.
- Support Management Information for Compliance work and training, identifying issues or concerns.
- Ensure and promote compliance with policies, standards, and procedures, supporting reviews and investigations as required.
- Perform general administration tasks across the end-to-end process of Theft of Gas, Unauthorised connections, and other related areas.
