Min 3 Month Contract with Possibility of extension

To carry out a range of technical administrative and function related duties for the Environmental Services, with limited supervision, which may involve written, telephone or face to face contact with the public or internal colleagues and the application of organisational procedures and systems.
Raising of purchase order for goods and services and associated invoicing.
Provide financial support for project management.
Support permitting of highway works for construction schemes and larger projects.

Person Requirement
Experience of working in an admin office.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
