Hays is exclusively working with a business in the service sector in Sheffield who are looking to recruit a permanent Business Administrator paying up to 25k
Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for customers, either calling or emailing the company. You will support the Senior Leadership team with all things administrative, dealing with clients, sending invoices and collecting data. You will inform clients of the full range of products and services on offer, making sure the customer experience is first class every time.
Other duties:-
- Building positive relationships with clients
- Making travel arrangements
- Preparing client documentation
- Arrange and co-ordinating meetings
- Maintaining the CRM database
This is a new role and one to make your own!
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need administration experience and have excellent communication skills. You will have worked with customers and have the ability to build rapport. You should have good IT skills to include Word and Excel. Your attention to detail must be second to none.
