Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our clients team on a temporary basis until the end of May, with the potential for extension. The role is based in Salisbury and offers an hourly rate of £13.33.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling phone calls and directing them appropriately.
- Efficiently managing emails and responding as necessary.
- Booking appointments and managing schedules.
- Scanning and filing important documents.
- Completing various administrative tasks such as letter folding and franking.
- Assisting with printing tasks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative & reception role is essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a hospital or surgery environment would be advantageous.
