Administrator

We are looking for a part-time administrator for a long term contract based in Trafford Park.

Pay: £12 per hour.

Hours: 16-24 hours per week, 7 hours per day required on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Main duties to include:

• Inputting staff timesheets on the Vixen programme (training will be given)
• Inputting Sub contractor timesheets with purchase orders and sending to relevant Agency and Purchase Ledger.
• Placing Orders on sub-contractors and suppliers
• General office duties include raising invoices, purchase orders and answering the office phone.

Applicant requirements:

• Transport to Office at Trafford Park.
• Computer literate.
• Basic Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to cover extra hours due to holidays.
• Candidates must like dogs as there is an office dog
