Are you organised, detail-oriented and passionate about the financial industry? We're seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Administrator to join our client, a leading financial services firm committed to excellence in client service and innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a team of financial advisors
- Managing incoming inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
- Updating the internal database, correctly filing all information to an electronic filing system
- Assist in preparing and processing client documentation relating to pension and investment schemes
- Maintaining and update client records
- Coordinating meetings
Key skills:
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise work and meet targets
- Good use of Microsoft Office
