Salary: £23,151 per annum, pro rata (£9,260.40 actual)
Sheffield Futures is an independent charity, supporting communities and helping young people to achieve their full potential in learning, employment and life.
We are offering an exciting opportunity to provide a professional and approachable administrative front of house reception service at our offices in Star House on a part time basis, 9.00am-5.00pm, Thursday and Friday.
The role includes:
• Welcoming visitors and those accessing services, for both Sheffield Futures and tenants, as part of an effective Reception Service at Star House
• Communicating and liaising with members of the public and representatives from different agencies and organisations
• Responding and redirecting contact via the telephone and email
• Accurate data inputting and recording activity
• Other general administrative, reception and facilities duties.
Candidates should have previous administration and/or reception experience, as well as strong IT skills and a good understanding of administrative processes and procedures. A high level of accuracy in data input and recording is essential.
Confidentiality and diplomacy are a key part of this role along with a good understanding of anti-discriminatory and anti-oppressive behaviour. In addition, knowledge of health and safety and data protection principles and procedures are required, although training will be provided.
This role requires a basic DBS check.
