Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Engineering Administrator to join our client's operations team in their Basingstoke office.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
Engineering Administrator Duties
- Serving as the main point of contact for all customers and clients via phone, email and face to face
- Scheduling the engineers appointments for services and installations
- Preparation of services, small works and electrical quotes
- Liaising with customers via phone and email, keeping them updated with all installations and services
- Overseeing stock management within the department
- Responsible for the maintenance of the company fleet
- Produce and send customer reports and certification
- Build and maintain close working relationships with customers, supplies and internal stakeholders
Engineering AdministratorRequirements:
- Strong Customer service and administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Own transport due to rural location
This Engineering Administrator position is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday. Our client is offering a salary of 24,000 - 26,000 depending on experience.
