Administrator (Newry/ Hybrid) (22-24K)
The Recruitment Co. are glad to be working with a leading Water Hygiene and Water Treatment services provider. Our client are looking for an Administrator to join their expanding team.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000-£24,000 per year
Working pattern: Monday - Friday (no weekends)
Work Location: Newry/ Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise management systems effectively, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Keep information in company systems organised and perform real-time updates for accurate monthly forecasting.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of month-end submissions, purchase invoices, and queries.
- Adhere to the company's purchasing policy, process purchase orders, and produce client-specific materials.
- Manage Field Technician timesheets, on Tesseract, and chase WIP reports through the management system.
- Generate invoices promptly, meeting monthly targets and SLAs.
- Follow business processes, communicate with team leaders, and maintain organised financial/mandatory records.
- Support the business in producing performance results for both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Reactive works.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone or electronic communication.
- Provide general administration support, including reception cover, as needed.
Essential Criteria:
- Possess a minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Mathematics and English, or an equivalent qualification.
- Exhibit advanced IT skills in MS Office, with a focus on Excel proficiency.
- Have a minimum of 1 years' experience within an administration team.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a team and establish positive working relationships across all levels.
- Capable of effectively managing tasks within tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Showcase excellent oral and written communication skills.
