Administrator – Rotherham – £22,000 - £24,300
Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a well-established Rotherham based business, who are actively seeking an Administrator to support the Property Acquisition team. This is a fantastic company who make a real difference to people’s lives!
You must be proactive, organised and self-motivated with experience in Administration. This role is a fixed term contract of 12-18 months to cover Maternity.

Administrator Responsibilities:
• Follow all property acquisition procedures to the highest standard within a timely manner
• Professionally respond to incoming calls and manage diaries for meetings and viewings
• Arrange surveys and home buyer reports
• Generate documentation ready for properties going to market
• Amend and distribute all lease documents to the highest standard
• Ensure all records and property inventories are up to date and accurate
• Liaising with internal team and Housing Officers
• Accurately monitor property compliance licenses and certificates
Required skills & experience:
• Highly organised
• Ability to manage own workload
• Strong written skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge in the process of leasing or buying properties would be beneficial
