This Administrator job in Hebburn, provides the opportunity to have a busy role within one of the North East’s largest mortgage brokerages.
As an Administrator, you will be taking an active role to support the team of Mortgage Advisors and their clients, to help cases smoothly progress towards completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the process of submitting new mortgage applications
- Taking inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Liaising with lenders and solicitors to remain up to date on the progress of cases
- Making appointments on behalf of the Mortgage Advisors to review and/or new mortgage and protection products
- Provide support to enable mortgage applications progress through to completion

Administrator Requirements
- Previous experience within mortgage administration is preferred but not essential
- You should have a good telephone manner and be comfortable speaking to new and existing customers, both via inbound and outbound calls

Administrator Benefits
- Salary of £22,500 - £24,500 depending on experience
- Working within a dedicated team on a shift pattern, 5 days per week, includes some weekends
