Adecco are excited to be recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a highly progressive organisation within a niche field in the Newcastle under Lyme area.
Salary: 23000 - 25000
Working hours: standard hours of 8.30am to 5pm (the client will consider later starts or flexi-hours)
Job Purpose
You will be responsible for providing support to the admin team / Senior Accounts. Working within a friendly, small but longstanding team in a relaxed and flexible working environment.
Responsibilities
- Processing/ matching invoices
- Invoice queries
- Producing purchase orders
- Supplier invoices
- Account reconciliation
- Liaising with suppliers via email/ call
Candidate requirements
- High level of attention to detail is crucial
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal at all levels
- Preferably experience of Purchase/ Sales ledger or an accounts-based role; full training provided!
