The teams across Finance Operations process a range of financial transactions and ensure procedures and processes are followed to deliver a high-quality service to our clients.
Our Finance Administrators work across various Accounts Payable teams, working together to deliver the full Purchase to pay service to our clients. They are responsible for dealing with a range of queries from internal and external customers. Some positions are responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of finance related advice, with others working in teams processing high volumes of AP transactions like invoices.
To do this role well you will need:
- Education to GCSE level English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications)
- Experience working in a finance environment or an interest in doing so
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to provide excellent customer service at all times
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
In return for your skills and experience, we can offer you hybrid working options for a 37hr week (full time) with start and finish times between 8am – 6pm, candidates are expected to work from their local office at least once a week and to line manager request. Our offices are based across the country in Swindon, Newport and Billingham and you'd be expected to work from the office closest to your home location.
