Job Title: Administrator- Temporary
Location: Belfast City Centre- Office Based.
Salary and Benefits: Salary- £12.11 per hour
Employment Type- Temporary (Part time hours) Assignment 8-12 weeks- with the possibility of going permanent. Start Date Early- Mid May.
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9.30am- 3.30pm or 10am-4.00pm
The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful company who are looking for a Part Time Administrator. With a proposed start date of Mid-April. The role also has the potential to be offered on a permanent basis.
The Right role:
This role will report to the Team Leader on a Day-to-Day basis. This role will act in a support role with respect to the following areas:
- Printing/binding /collating course materials
- Timely preparation of weekly meeting materials
- Tracking completion of diagnostics (on-line personality profiles and surveys)
- Preparing/sending participants emails with pre course/post course
- Monitoring /Stationery ordering
- Using various online platforms for Diagnostics/Evaluations
- Scheduling meetings
The Right Fit:
Essential
·Administration experience/background.
·Proficient in the full Microsoft Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.).
·Excellent standard of verbal and written English, and good maths.
·Detail oriented, strong organisational skills with the ability to achieve goals by utilising formal and informal organisational networks. Multitasker with ability to prioritise.
·Self starter, willing to work with groups and / or alone until goal completion.
·Excellent communicator.
