About the role:
- Monday to Thursday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm and Fridays 4.00 pm finish
- 20 days holidays plus stat holidays
- Company pension scheme
- Business established for 50 years
Duties:
- Invoicing
- Assisting with PO's
- Answering sales calls
- Taking payments
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements.
- Working in a fast paced environment, answering customer calls and responding to customer emails. Ensuring a customer 1st attitude is promoted at all times.
- Providing information and responding to requests and queries from Engineers &Technicians.
- Keeping the office stocked with stationery, office supplies, cleaning supplies, refreshments and other requirements of the day to day running.
- Filing of confidential paperwork and maintaining filing systems.
Criteria:
- Prior experience within a similar role is essential.
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to take a proactive approach to work and in creating efficient processes
- Must be approachable and enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis
- Flexible approach to working, happy to help out or cover in other areas where needed
- Ability to work under pressure and in a professional manner
