Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office.
Duties:
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a tidy and organised office environment
- Stocktaking, invoices, cash reconciliation, stock ordering.
Skills:
- Proficient in computerised systems and office software
- Strong organizational skills to manage office operations effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Competent in Excel, Microsoft word, Email
