```Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Google Suite and QuickBooks, and have strong organizational abilities.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Sage 50 or other accounting software would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Data entry experience
- Previous administrative experience is a plus
