Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, Knowledge of computers, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying and filing
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with data entry and maintaining databases
- Support the team with administrative tasks as assigned
Experience:
- Experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of administrative procedures and systems
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
