Your new company
This organisation is seeking an administration coordinator to join their team based in Macclesfield for a minimum of 10 months.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing administration support to the team. This includes diary management and scheduling meetings for senior management. You will also be responsible for supporting the leadership team with diary clashes, travel bookings and expenses. You will be providing project support too from time-to-time and helping resolve queries and issues via phone and email.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working within an administration role will help you succeed in the role. You will also have experience working and supporting with senior managers and senior leaders. You are able to work in a fast-paced environment and can meet tight deadlines. You're a team player with excellent communication and organisation skills. You are IT literate and have experience working with various systems including Sharepoint. You will be immediately available for work too.
