Salary: 23,000
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 09:00 - 17:00, Friday 09:00 - 16:00

Key Duties:
- Responsible for the performance and renewal maintenance contracts with customers
- Scheduling Engineer's diaries
- Ensuring completion and timely submission of all reports by engineers
- Providing quotations for repair work and chasing customers for purchase orders
- Ordering and monitoring spare parts, including warranty spares
- Providing monthly statistics for management meetings
- Assisting with logistics and general administration of the company
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills
- Previous administration experience
- Confident Microsoft office skills
- Able to communicate with stakeholders
- Able to prioritise a busy work load and use your own initiative
