Responsibilities.
- Working alongside the delivery team to ensure all tasks are completed quick and efficiently and prioritised accordingly.
- Delivery team training (group and individual) such as supporting new team members, training of existing members and holding regular performance discussions.
- Delivery team daily support - point of contact for questions, help and escalation.
- Continuous quality checks, participation in audits, solutions orientation, and process improvement
- Responsibilities for the Delivery Team: Learner exam bookings, arrangement of system access, distribution of learner certificates, supporting learners and tutors, ad hoc projects, systems audits
- Regular updates to management
- Attending regular Business reviews and senior meetings
- Administration: Using and updating internal and external systems to ensure compliance with funding regulations
- Communication of updates (systems, compliance, funding, EPAO)
- Internal communication with a variety of departments and Teams such as tutors, funding, compliance and finance.
Essential skills / areas of experience:
- Experience in delivering excellent customer Service
- Knowledge of Market/Industry
- Organisational skills such as time management, workflow management, prioritisation, and Teamwork
- Outstanding Communication and People Management Skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn
- Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Experience working with MAYTAS preferable
- Ability to effectively manage several projects at the same time
- Knowledge of Safeguarding, Prevent, EDI,
- Experience working within a School, College, University or Training provider
