Job Title: Administrator- H.R / Finance- Part Time
Location: Belfast
Salary and Benefits: £13.00- £14.00 per hour
Hours of work: Part time- 25 hours per week over 5 days-Office Based

You willplay a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative support,including HR Administration and Finance functions. Additionally, you will beinvolved in managing specific projects to contribute to the continuousimprovement and growth of the organization.
The Right role:
- Manage receptionist duties, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
- Coordinate and administer duties to support recruitment and selection processes.
- Maintain and update HR software, collating weekly and monthly reports.
- Manage personnel records, training records, and training plans.
- Support HR function through various administrative duties.
- Update and manage databases efficiently.
- Coordinate cover arrangements for rota’s.
- Handle the ordering of stationery.
The Right Fit:
- Proven 2 years of experience in an office environment.
- Demonstrated 2 years of providing high-quality administrative support.
- GCSE qualifications in English & Math’s or equivalent
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Previous experience in reception duties.
