Our client have been experiencing a boom in business over the last year and are looking to expand their admin team to support with increased demand.
This role is initially on a temporary basis with a view to going permanent in the near future. Full training will be provided. Due to the location of the office, access to your own vehicle is essential.
Key Duties
- Answering incoming calls
- Dealing with customer enquiries and directing to correct person
- Inputting orders onto system, ensuring all information is accurate
- General office support including data entry, filing, printing etc.
- Providing administrative support to all areas of the business as needed
- Meeting and greeting clients
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Computer literate including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Previous experience within an office environment is desirable
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude is essential
