Administrator
Location : Ruislip
Key Accountabilities
- Provide full administrative support for projects including document control, database management, document trackers and project correspondence
- Miscellaneous administrative duties as necessary, including mail distribution
- Provide cover on other projects as requested
- Preparation of documents, maintaining and updating database;
- Answering telephones, taking messages, covering reception and other administrational duties;
- Preparation of documentation for team meetings, Recording accurate minutes and actions;
- Maintaining professional client facing approach and excellent customer service;
- Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases;
Essential Skills and Experience
- Good organisational skills
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to work under pressure - support collation for reporting in advanced reporting and presentation prep
- Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels
- Good team player
- Pro-active and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Accurate and attentive to detail
- Strong, proven background within a similar administrative support position.
- Good with computers and database inputting
- Experience with data entry, spreadsheets and databases.
- Experience within the construction sector is preferred but not essential.
- NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent would be an advantage.
