Randstad Engineering are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join a fun and lively team at Tata Steel in Shotton, Deeside (CH5 2NH). This role is paying up to 23,000 per annum on an initial 6 month rolling contract.
The candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
About the Job
To provide a professional service, processing and managing external purchase orders within the Coke, Sinter & Ironmaking department, promoting compliance with the Purchase to Pay process.
The ideal candidate -
- You will need to be a self starter with a keen eye for detailing, ensuring you always maintain a right first time mentality.
- Understanding of business processes.
- Be a people person to enable effective relationships with customers and other stakeholders.
- Experience in use of SAP preferred but not essential
- You will have strong problem solving skills, and the ability to anticipate potential problems before they arise.
