Tier one Contractor seeks to employ a competent and experienced Administrator to manage all the statutory requirements for the onboarding of staff on a large project.
Daily duties will include -
Create and update Biosite profiles for internal employees
Create and issue staff ID cards
Take fingerprint & link access
Input historical induction data & update records
Upload historical induction forms to the Biosite system
Upload Toolbox talks & briefing data to allow for registration of attendance
Assist with Pre-Induction process (including checking competencies, and printing attendance list)
Liaise with team members to collect data required to create dashboard reports
Requirement for this post include -
Good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines, whilst paying attention to detail
Ability to take on multiple tasks and complete in a timely manner
Working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Microsoft Excel, and Power BI
High attention to detail, high organisation and effective time management
Ability to think outside the box when problem-solving
