Receptionist/Administrator at a privately run healthcare centre.
This is a public facing receptionist role, that has admin duties, as well as customer care - quite a complex role to sink your teeth into. Experience within the healthcare environment would be advantageous.
General Reception duties:
- Meet & greet all visitors
- Answer queries via telephone and email
- General admin support
- Keeping data up to date on systems
- Assisting visitors when needed
- Will be required to work at other sites when needed
As the role will be within private healthcare, we are looking for somebody with an empathetic personality, excellent communication skills, and a proactive and positive attitude.
This role may also require flexibility depending on patients procedures, Although days are always Mon - Fri, you may occasionally be asked to work outside of the 9am - 5pm hours, but overtime/time in lue will always be rewarded, so flexibility is required.
Must be happy to travel to Surrey are for a 2 week training period, and flexibility to cover other clinics reception during holidays is also required.
