Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Duration: 6 months FTC

Duties:

• Working within agreed service level measures
• Provide support to the Customers internal and external, giving prompt and accurate information
• Prioritising and organising workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Updating systems on a continual basis with relevant job information/call logs and documentation
• Ensure customer service levels, KPI’s and compliance are met 
• Close and effective communication with clients, third parties, Managements, and all other colleagues
• Foster a culture of excellent customer service and continued improvement
• Striving to continually improve and update processes through experience and volume.
• Work towards personal targets and continued career development
• Adhere to all Company policies and procedures including H&S and Quality policies

Skills and Experience Required:

• Effective communication skills, Verbal & Written to all key interfaces
• Excellent Organisation skills
• Positive Attitude
• Ability to achieve deadlines, work under pressure and use own initiative
• Accurate data entry
• High attention to detail
• Team Player and work effectively with customers, employees, and teams at all levels
