Job Title: Full-Time Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to join my clients well established solicitors practice. The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to our Private Client Department. This role involves a variety of tasks, including meeting and greeting clients, answering phone calls, audio typing, diary management, and handling day-to-day office duties.
Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Greet clients warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Phone Management: Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take accurate messages.
- Secretarial Support: Assist with audio typing, document preparation, and maintaining records.
- Diary Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage the team's calendar.
- Office Duties: Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organising paperwork.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain accuracy in all written communication and documentation.
- Commitment: Show enthusiasm and dedication to providing excellent service.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic and committed work ethic.
- Experience in a legal environment is preferred but not essential (full training will be provided).
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
