Are you highly organised? Can you provide a high standard of customer service? We are looking for a part time Receptionist / Administrator – Maternity Cover (Thursdays & Fridays) to join Buckinghamshire College Group, based at our Aylesbury Campus. This is a Fixed Term Contract - working 14.5 hours per week, 40 Weeks per year for the duration of maternity leave.
Aylesbury Campus is a busy campus, which means a busy reception, and we are looking for a highly organised and confident individual who will be able to work alongside a busy team and work well alone. Our reception areas are the first stop for visitors to our campus, and we want them to feel welcomed and respected.
The successful candidate will be required to:
Provide an enthusiastic, professional and warm welcome to all visitors, students, staff and contractors whilst following the College Visitors and ID card policies
Manage a wide range of reception and administrative duties including answering the switchboard.
Work closely with the Estates and Security Team.
