Office Administrator - £17.50 per hour Umbrella

Trevett Services are working with a national Building Services company who are currently hiring for an Office Administrator to join their growing team in Farnborough.
This is a full time role; initial contract length is 3 months.
Key Responsibilities of the Administrator:
- To assist in current Administration team in closing and raising work orders
- Filing service report to internal data base
- Sorting any reactive request on maintenance
- Actively monitoring Administration email
- Assisting office day to day running.
Qualifications required for the role:
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within a construction or engineering environment would be an advantage but is not essential
- Able to pick up new systems and company procedures quickly
- Good attention to detail and comfortable working with data
- Highly proficient in Microsoft excel with good overall IT skills
You will need security clearance for this role so it is essential you have been residing in the UK for the past 3 years.
