We're looking for a Service Administrator who's passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people. Someone who is skilled in office management.
As the Service Administrator for a number of Barnardo's Services in the Northern Locality, you will play a valuable role in managing 2 staff, and supporting a large team of colleagues, by ensuring smooth administrative systems and processes are in place.
To help deliver our vision, we need an experienced and motivated professional to work alongside the management team, and wider team of project workers.

Exceptional communication skills with an ability to form positive working relationships quickly. Be solution focused and proactive with an ability to work with hope and optimism.
Additional Requirements
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English at Grade C or above
- Proven Ms Office Experience to include use of IT packages including MS Word and Excel.
- Experience of assisting with budget preparation and monitoring income and expenditure.
- Experience of managing systems to collect and monitor data
- Experience of maintaining professional confidentiality when working with staff, service users and other agencies.
- Experience of people and premises/facilities management.
Location: 36A Westland Road, Magherafelt.
Post: Full time administrator (36.25 hours). Hours of work are generally Monday - Friday 9-5pm, although there will be some flexibility. The Role is office based with the opportunity to work from home.
Salary Range: £24,960 - £28,080
