Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for administrator to join one of their clients based in Aston, Birmingham.
You will be working for a manufacturing / engineering company.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general clerical support such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars
Skills:
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with sage
- Excellent clerical skills, including typing, filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
- Proficient in using Word and Excel
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 9am - 4pm , Friday 8am - 12pm (30hrs per week)
