Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join their team as an Administrator based in Solihull. The Administrator will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and communicating with team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers with planning and execution of projects
- Create and maintain schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor and track progress and milestones
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to provide updates
- Prepare and distribute project reports and documentation
- Assisting with quotations
- Raising invoices
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a project administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient on Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8:30am 5pm
