Administrator

Our client is looking for an excellent administrator, who is organised, methodical and has amazing attention to detail. You will need to have good IT skills, an excellent telephone manner and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment.

This is an office based role. You will be working in a small, supportive team where each member of the team is valued and owns their role.

Job Responsibilities

• Sending out documents
• Overseeing the referencing process for applicants
• Renewing tenancies when a tenancy is coming up to expire.
• Dealing with yearly reviews on tenancies that are in rollovers.
• Assisting with answering phones
• Assisting with booking applicants in for viewings
• Logging maintenance issues
• Assisting with adhoc viewings

About you:

• Previous administration experience
• Attention to detail
• Ability to pick up new software easily
• Excellent customer service skills
• Team player
