Administrator

Based in York, our client works in the sustainability built environment and is one of the leaders at what they do. Working within an established team you will be working on a variety of projects across multiple clients within the construction and architectural fields. We are looking for an individual with strong administration skills, extensive experience across Microsoft packages, excellent attention to details with experience of working with external stakeholders.

About You:

• Experienced office administrator
• Worked extensively with Microsoft packages and ideally some knowledge of SAP
• Strong attention to details
• Excellent around documentation and report writing
• Confident when dealing with clients and stakeholders over the phone or face2face

What You'll Be Doing:

• Involved in the briefing of projects and the information that needs to be pulled together
• Documenting and bringing together information into accurate reports
• Managing requests from clients in a professional way
• Providing requested information to time and accurately
• Working within an outgoing, personable team

Where You'll Be Based:

Your office will be commutable from York and you will be 4/5 days in the office so must be local.
