About the Role

Base Location: Poole, Dorset.

Role: Fixed contract for Maternity Leave Cover

Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP27,500 (depending on experience)

Benefits: Annual bonus, 25 days holiday, pension, private health cover, free parking.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm(flexible/part-time also considered). WFH days are also offered though due to the requirement to manage physical stock, this is primarily an onsite role at our Offices in Poole.

We are in search of a Service Administrator to provide maternity leave cover from mid-July 2024 to mid-October 2025 on a fixed contract.

In the role of an Administrator, you will offer vital assistance by performing a range of duties that help maintain smooth and efficient business operations.

The ideal candidate should possess outstanding organisational abilities working to deadlines.

You will form an integral role within our small and friendly Service Team, liaising with field engineers and colleagues located at multiple locations whilst working closely with the Senior Service Co-ordinator.

Roles & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Manage requests for quotes and orders, primarily by email but also by phone, for our customers in a prompt and courteous manner.

Order necessary spare parts for repairs, maintenance as well as accessories with due regard to delivery timeframes.

Manage shipment of items to customers and returns from field service engineers.

Complete all returns of parts to our local warehouse as well as returns to our HQ in Sweden.

What do we need?

To be considered for this role, we would like you to have:

Previous experience in a similar role as an Administrator, though not essential.

Confident communicating with customers, responding to customer queries on the telephone and via email.

Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise your own workload and manage multiple tasks.

A strong focus on customer service, with the ability to flex and adapt in a fast-paced office environment.

Strong IT skills and knowledge of Office 365 suite including Teams. Knowledge of InforM3 and Servicemax, beneficial but not essential.
