They need to have a strong grasp of computer literacy to be effective in their role. Having an expansive range of communication is needed to assist in the provision of a welcoming reception service for students. The Admissions and StudentsService Assistant needs to be well equipped with information handling to best guide students with transport, financial and attendance matters.
Successful Admissions and Student Service Assistant will have:
GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English or equivalent
Experienced in IT or strong computer literacy
Excellent communication and customer service
