SalaryLiquid Personnel is currently recruiting to join a busy LD and Autism Team based in Telford and Wrekin.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:
- To provide a professional Social Work services to Adults across Adult Operations and/or Mental Health Services as required.
- To promote customers in maintaining choice and control of their lives.
- To manage a complex caseload, demonstrate expert and effective social work practice, assess and manage high levels of risk whilst striking a balance between support and control in order to protect people from harm.
- To chair a range of meetings, offer expert support to case conferences, and produce high quality assessments and reports.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
- Degree in Social Work
- Registered with the HCPC
- 2 Years working within Adult Services is essential. Previous experience with Learning Disabilities and Autism is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
