Work with a high degree of autonomy and authority as part of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Service to independently carry out the assessment, diagnosis and management and treatment if appropriate, of patients referred to the Service from a variety of sources including Primary & Secondary Care Referrers in a variety of locations. ent, diagnosis and management and treatment.
