One Step Recruitment are working with a leading agricultural farming company based in Somerset. They are looking to expand their team with an experienced Office Administrator.
The ideal candidate would have a knowledge/background of farming/agriculture along with administrative experience.
Office Administrator duties would include:
- Assisting the team to complete sales administration
- Inputting sales orders
- Taking payment over the phone
- Monitoring stock levels
- Ordering and booking in stock
- Liaising with suppliers to track live orders and query any issues with deliveries
- Maintain product pricelists
- Ensuring prompt response to telephone and email enquiries
