AddressOne Step are working closely with an established independent surveying company providing local solutions to global requirements. They are currently looking for an Operations Assistant to join the growing business.
The ideal candidate would have 5 years’ experience in an office environment dealing with clients and customers. It is desired for the candidate to have previous experience with CRM / ATS Software.
As an Operations Assistant, some of the duties would include:
- Working closely with Account Managers to assist with their clients staffing requirements
- Ensuring all relevant and requirement documents are completed to a high standard and readily available on the system
- Searching the database to find existing candidates, matching them to new positions
- Onboarding new candidates
- Dealing with travel plans for contractors
- Maintaining the CRM database and ensuring it is updated
- General administrative and office duties
Salary banding starting from £20,000, experience dependant.
