DAY TO DAY:
- You will be responsible for setting up new exams and courses.
- Liaising with trainers and examiners.
- Answering customer queries via telephone and email.
- Setting up conferences and events.
- Printing and preparing conference and event materials.
WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:
- Strong Customer Service and Administrator skills.
- Computer Literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure.
Working hours - Monday - Friday, paying up to £24,000 per annum.
